1. How long it takes to confirm my order?
Order is confirmed once payment had been completed. Order confirmation will be sent to your email.
2. My order status show “Payment Pending”, what should I do?

Our customer service will assist you on the order. Please do not attempt to recreate your order as it will cause order/payment duplication.
