SENS-MOTION-01
The SENS-MOTION-01 is a highly sensitive sensor that uses dual technology – Passive Infrared (PIR) and microwave for accurate detection of people presence within the vicinity. The PIR technology senses heat and movement by creating a grid of the area. When specific areas of the grid are blocked by infrared energy, the PIR sensor is triggered and an alert occurs.
Microwave technology transmits microwave pulses. When the object moves, the reflected wave will change, causing the microwave sensor to trigger and an alarm to occur. The combination of both PIR and MW eliminates false alarms as much as possible.
